The name is cut from a single sheet, so the letters join as they do in handwriting, and there are no soldered links between them.
The stone is not a charm hanging off the chain. It sits in a bezel set into the chain itself, level with the name, so it reads as part of the bracelet rather than an addition to it.

Together, they carry a person and the month they were born, which is why this one is ordered for a first baby, a daughter's birthday, or a mother wearing her child's stone rather than her own. It works as one bracelet or as several, one per child, worn on the same wrist.

Q: How do I choose the birthstone?
A: Type the month in the personalization box with the name. The photo chart shows all twelve stones and their colors.
Q: Can I have a stone that is not my birth month?
A: Yes. Order by color if you prefer. Say which stone you want, and I will set that one.
Q: Is the silver real?
A: Yes. Every version is 925 sterling silver. The gold and rose gold are 24K-plated over the same silver, which is why the color holds up with everyday wear at a fraction of the price of solid gold.
Q: How big is the name plate?
A: About 35 mm wide and 10 mm tall for a short name, cut 1.2 mm thick. It grows a little wider and longer, so the letters stay the same size.
Q: Which length should I choose?
A: Measure the wrist with a string and add 1 to 2 cm, as the photo guide shows. 6.5 and 7 inches are the usual choices for women, and 5.5 inches fits a child.
Q: Will it tarnish or turn my skin green?
A: Sterling silver will not turn skin green. Keep it away from perfume, lotion and cleaning products, and wipe it with a soft jewelry cloth.

Because every personalized item is handmade specifically for each customer, I do not accept returns or refunds for custom or personalized orders.
