My original order was shipped via USPS and was damaged upon arrival. I informed the seller immediately and advised me to start a claim with Etsy but also immediately worked on the replacement before I could even place the Etsy claim. Etsy honored the claim and the seller shipped fedex and it came so fast. She was so easy to work with. Amazing customer service. The bracelet I ordered is just what I pictured and really love it. It’s a gift for my niece’s sweet 16 and it’s perfect. Seller also provided a nice box and gift bag, a plus in my book. Thank you so much!! I would definitely order again!
