An Old English ring with your name raised in blackletter across a wide sterling silver band. The
letters stand proud of the ring rather than being cut into it. Three widths, US sizes 3 to 15.5.

The name is built as raised lettering that sits on top of the band, so it catches light and
throws a shadow the way a cast ring does.
Nothing is stamped or printed on.
It reads as a signet or biker band rather than a delicate name ring, which is why it works as a
men's ring and as a bolder piece for anyone who wants weight on the hand.
The wider the band, the taller the letters sit.
At 8 mm, the name reads fine and stays low; at 12 mm, they are the whole ring.

cut letter for letter, so please check it before ordering.

Engraving is permanent, and personalized pieces cannot be exchanged, so what you send is what you
receive.

This is a ring people wear rather than keep. A name, a date, a word that means something, in a
font that has been used on street signs, tattoos and record sleeves for a century.

Q: How do I know my ring size?
A: Measure a ring that already fits, or ask any jeweler to size you. A wide band sits tighter
than a thin one, so if you are between sizes on a 10 or 12 mm, take the larger one.

Q: How many letters fit?
A: The lettering wraps around the band, so short names sit best and long ones run further round.
Message me before ordering with the name and width you want, and I will tell you what it will look like.

Q: Is the name engraved or raised?
A: Raised. The letters are formed on top of the band and stand out from it. Engraved lettering is
cut into the surface, which is a completely different look.

Q: What is the secret message?
A: A short line engraved on the inside of the band, where only the wearer sees it. Choose a width
with the secret message option if you want one.

Q: Is it real silver?
A: Yes, 925 sterling silver throughout. Sterling darkens over time, which is normal. Wipe it with
a soft silver polishing cloth to restore the shine.

Q: Can women wear it?
A: Yes. The 8 mm reads as a wide band rather than a men's ring, and it is available in sizes starting at US 3.

International orders are prepared and dispatched from my workshop first.
Depending on the shipping service, tracking may not update until the package reaches the next processing facility.
