The letters are cut as one connected piece, so the name holds its shape without a frame around it.
Solid 14K gold is gold all the way through, with no plating to wear thin and no base metal underneath.
Yellow gold is the warm traditional colour, white gold sits closer to silver.

HOW THE LETTERING WORKS

The first letter is always a capital, and every letter after it is lowercase.
That is what the Old English style is built for, and not all capitals are available in this font.
The menu shows the shape next to each option, so 4 Letters (Aaaa) means one capital and three lowercase letters.
A single letter is offered on its own for anyone who wants an initial.

Adam is 4 Letters (Aaaa).
Type it with a capital first letter and lowercase after, and that is exactly how it will be cut.
For a longer name, a short form works well: Daniel for Danielle, Maggie for Margaret, Alex for Alexander.
Please check the spelling.
The plate is cut to the letters you send and cannot be changed afterward.

Because every personalized item is handmade specifically for each customer, I do not accept returns or refunds for custom or personalized orders.
