The bars sit along the chain rather than stacked on a single plate, so each name has its own piece of metal. Choose how many bars you need and type a name for each one.
Handcrafted from genuine 925 sterling silver in our family workshop in Israel, finished in sterling silver or 24K gold plating. The paperclip links are 8 x 4 mm, long and flat rather than round, which is what gives the chain its open rectangular look.

Type each name exactly as you want it engraved, including capital letters.

Each bar holds one short name comfortably. If a name is long, message me before ordering and I will check how it will sit.
The engraving is permanent and cannot be changed once the necklace is made, so please check the spelling before you order.

Every necklace is made in our own family workshop, not ordered in from a factory. Each bar is engraved separately and hung by hand, so the piece that arrives carries your names and no one else's. Mothers add a bar when a child arrives, and that is exactly how it was meant to be worn.

How many names can I have?
Between one and five. You choose that in the Number of Name Bars menu, and the price changes with it.

How long can each name be?
Each bar holds one short name comfortably. Longer names are engraved smaller. If you are unsure, message me before ordering and I will tell you how yours will look.

Which chain length should I choose?
16 to 18 inches sits at the collarbone and is the most common choice. 20 inches and longer lets the bars hang lower on the chest, which suits four or five bars.

Is the gold real gold?
The necklace is genuine 925 sterling silver. The gold option is 24K gold plating over that silver, not solid gold.

What are the chain links like?
The paperclip links are 8 x 4 mm, long and flat rather than round. That open rectangular shape is what makes it a paperclip chain rather than a plain link chain.

Will the silver darken over time?
Sterling silver can darken with skin contact, which is normal for the metal. A silver polishing cloth brings back the shine.

Because every personalized item is handmade specifically for each customer, I do not accept returns or refunds for custom or personalized orders.
If your item arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing issue, please contact me, and I’ll always do my best to help.

Can I see a preview before my order is shipped?

Yes.
For many personalized designs, I’m happy to provide a preview upon request before production begins.
Once production has started, changes may no longer be possible.

Where do you ship from?

All jewelry is handcrafted in Jerusalem, Israel.

International orders are prepared and dispatched from my workshop first.
Depending on the shipping service, tracking may not update until the package reaches the next processing facility.
