The name is cut from a single sheet, so the letters join as in handwriting, with no soldered links between them. The plate sits light on the collarbone, so it layers easily with other chains and still reads clearly on its own.

Q: Is the silver real?
A: Yes. Every version is 925 sterling silver. The gold and rose gold are 24K-plated over the same silver, which is why the color holds up with everyday wear at a fraction of the price of solid gold.
Q: How big is the nameplate?
A: About 45 mm wide and 11 mm tall for a short name, cut 1.2 mm thick. The plate grows slightly wider and longer, so the letters stay the same size.
Q: How long can the name be?
A: Short and medium names sit comfortably. For a long name, or for two names, send me a message before ordering, and I will tell you honestly how it will look.
Q: Which chain length should I choose?
A: The photo showing 14 to 22 inches on the neck is the easiest way to decide. 18 inches is the most common choice.
Q: Can I have a different font?
A: This one is cut in the cursive script shown in the photos. Send me a message if you want a different style, and I will tell you what is possible.
Q: Will it tarnish or turn my skin green?
A: Sterling silver will not turn skin green. Keep it away from perfume, lotion and cleaning products, and wipe it with a soft jewelry cloth.

Because every personalized item is handmade specifically for each customer, I do not accept returns or refunds for custom or personalized orders.

International orders are prepared and dispatched from my workshop first.
Depending on the shipping service, tracking may not update until the package reaches the next processing facility.
